The Annual Meeting for North 40 Residential Homeowners Association will be held via Zoom on Monday, March 23rd, 2026 at 7:00pm to discuss HOA business. Please register for the meeting AT THIS LINK listed below to be added to the meeting and receive reminders.

As a property owner we request you attend as it is very important to have as many of the owners involved in the entire process. The HOA also needs officers per requirements, and those positions need to be elected/assigned. Please see the separate blog post for the position descriptions and commitments.
Please keep in mind that the current board has served diligently since 2022 and would a break period off the board and give the opportunity for others to share in the leadership of the HOA. You have until March 31st, 2026, to submit your name for an officer position.
If you have questions or concerns you would like to be addressed, please send those via email prior to the meeting date. This is so everyone can be heard fairly, and concerns can be addressed at the same time as a group.
