Attached below are the Proposed Amended and Restated CC&R’s & By-Laws. These proposed changes have been mailed out several times to ALL property owners. These documents are for your review and will need to be voted on to be approved. The ballot will be mailed out after the Annual HOA Meeting. 2025 HOA Dues and Contact Sheet

All invoices for 2025 HOA Dues will be mailed out on February 18th, 2026. (Reminder- we invoice dues a year in arrears) Included in the packet will be 2026 Annual Meeting Notice, and Owner Contact Sheet. All documents are included below. Feel free to print them and either mail them to PO Box 1813, Ennis, MT 59729 or email to N40HOAMT@gmail.com. If you would like to pay your dues online, please email for an online payment link.
